Dear Olivia and family – I only met Martin briefly last year during our staff retreat, but he has left a lasting impression in me and many of our colleagues. His genuine interest in others, his inquisitive mind, kindness and sense of humour will be missed at ECF. He was one of those people we need in every team, able to connect with people easily, asking questions and listening. I am thinking of you and wishing your family strength in the time to come. Hernan
