I first met Sarah when we were very young as we lived near each other and our Mum’s were friends. Sarah, Rachel, my sister Emma and I had very happy times together on our play dates after school and in the school holidays.

It was always such good fun to go to Sarah’s home when they moved to Nether Heage. There was so much room for us to run around, play hide and seek and do treasure hunts. We all loved the rocking horse too! At secondary school Sarah and Emma used to pass notes between Rachel and myself as I was in the year above Rachel.

Sarah and Emma continued to be the best of friends all their school years and adult lives. Sarah has been an amazing friend to Emma. I always asked Emma how Sarah was and was so happy for her when I heard about Dominic coming into her life. 

I have such fond and happy memories of all the Draper family so I know that Dominic will be so well looked after by Sarah’s family.
