Jackie and boys I’m so sorry for your loss and my thoughts are with you at this incredibly difficult time. I hope you can take some small comfort in knowing that Dan was a true gentleman, a Mercer legend and a person that his colleagues and work friends genuinely looked up to. He was patient, kind, and thoughtful with everyone he worked with, but my most enduring memory of Dan was his ever-present smile, cheeky laugh and his extraordinarily kind manner. He was excellent at his job and a wonderful colleague, but most importantly Dan was the most genuine person and a truly great man who you should be ever so proud of.
