Neil was a very special man who approached his work in a uniquely warm and human way.  Everyone loved Neil!  I had the pleasure of working with Neil on a number of projects with the odd business trip.  I have incredibly fond moments of him quietly but impactful going about his work.  He sometimes felt like the ‘wise owl’ in the room.  He injected so much passion, humour and insight in both work and personal conversations and we will all miss him so much.
