I worked with Paul inthe Department for Transport from 2004 to 2007.  I then had the pleasure of working with him last year on a matter, and we had a good old time catching up on what had happened to us inthe untervening 17 years.  He was a lovely colleague and will be sadly missed.  A true gent.
