I am saddened to hear the news of Stephen’s passing. As a recent recruit to CAA FO dangerous goods policy, I had opportunity to work with him frequently. He was very considerate and kind, he was guiding me in my Rule making task and helped me immensely on drafting approvals/ exemptions requests for PAVEs applications. It breaks my heart that, I will never have a chance to meet him in person and to thank him for his support all the way. My sincere condolences to his family, friends and all the colleagues that have known him for years through out his amazing career at CAA. Rest in peace Stephen, you will be missed!
