I am deeply saddened about the passing of Andy Jones. I met Andy in early 2021 when he interviewed to join our team at Auditdata and I will not forget the first words that he said to me. It was in February of 2021, and I was looking quite rough after almost a year without a haircut and beard trim and the first thing Andy said when the camera loaded was “well, I guess I shouldn’t have shaved, should I?”. Right from the beginning he showed his sense of humor and camaraderie, and I knew he would fit in well with the team and quickly become a friend.

Once he became comfortable with the team, he joined a morning stand up wearing a Faith No More t-shirt, a band that we both had a mutual love of, and from then on out he would wear a carousel of rotating Faith No More shirts that he and Laura had collected over the years and talk about all the concerts of the past.

Playing games and having a virtual beer, or sometimes beers, with Andy was always a highlight of my week and those times are sorely missed.

I will continue to wear my Faith No More shirts in our meetings and when I go to festivals so that I can bring Andy with me.
