Dear Dan and family, I am so sorry for your loss.   Fleur was such a force, with power, strength, influence, compassion, knowledge, experience and energy beyond others.  It feels unreal that she is no longer with you and us.   I worked with Fleur for 15 years at EY – she was a coach, mentor and guide through much of this time – and I am hugely grateful for her having been so.   Her legacy within EY is huge – her values of inclusion and equity are within the DNA of the orgnisation, and will always be so.   She has made a positive difference to so many lives – at a scale and in ways that she and we will never know.   Thank you for sharing her with us.   Much love to you all.  And thank you Fleur.   Emma x
