I was so saddened to hear of Richards passing, he was a very genuine and kind man and always took the time to have a chat, always remembering your family members names and enquiring on them and at any event he made a point of speaking to your partner making them feel at ease and genuinely wanted to hear how they were doing.  He was a true gentleman whom will be missed very much and I wanted to wish condolences to Sue and all the family at this very sad time.
