I first met Mick when I was new to a previous company at a staff conference and didn’t know anyone. He noticed me standing alone, came over to talk to me, and immediately put me at ease with his witty humour and encouraging words. That small act of kindness stayed with me.

Years later, Mick joined Lovell and continued to offer me not only professional guidance, but also personal advice that helped me through some challenges that I was facing. No matter how busy he was, he always made time for people.

The admiration I have for Mick and the wisdom he shared will stay with me always.
