Having taught with Stephen for 20+ years, I have always been both impressed and envious of his ability to bring his skills of raconteur and showman to his chemistry lessons. His lessons were inspiring to colleagues and students alike. Always popular with students, he has had a significant impact on the lives and careers of many who passed through the Dept. He will remain a tough act to follow for many years.
