It’s heartbreaking writing this message…The day before I’ve been informed of what happened to Fleur, I thought to send her a message, because we had a long call the day before she left EY and we promised eachother to stay in touch…and she took time to write me a sweet message. I could not even imagine what was happening. I’m terribly sad, but I will bring Fleur in my heart forever and I will never forget her passion for DE&I, her authentic and sincere interest to be the voice of minorities, her willingness to help building a better working world. Now that she no more with us I can guarantee to her beloved ones,  that I will do my best to be her voice, I will mantain high her DE&I passion and in her name I will continue building a better working world.
