Mick — I’ll always remember you drawing cheeky pictures in my notebook, and how I’d have to quickly slam the pages shut in meetings so no one would see. And of course, I can’t forget you sneaking snacks from the team’s drawers.

You created such an amazing environment to work in and brought the whole team — and Lovell — together. As much as you were always up for a laugh, you also gave me real support, especially when I needed it most.
