My heartfelt condolences to Patricia’s family and friends at this sad and difficult time.

Patricia was a star and will be remembered with great affection. She was someone who was always there to help people.

She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to find solutions and get the job done.

She helped many, many people in her years at Heriot-Watt and will be sorely missed by all.
