Sarah Lambert

In my early days starting at Lowell (over 5 years ago) we were more or less sat together at the top of Darwin, you, me and Jenine in no man’s land, not really knowing what we were doing! We got on straight away and I could tell you were a great person from the offset. The first thing that comes to mind about all this is that you would 100% hate all this attention even now! You certainly weren’t the ‘I’m here’ type of person like me! We were very different in many ways, but I loved the bones of you Sarah. At times you had me in stitches due to your dry, witty personality, you just had the gift of making people smile. When you got Winnie, your horse dog (as you called her) you were so happy but this turned into a bit of a disaster as she didn’t respect or listen to you and basically did whatever she wanted, we both had a huge love for dogs and even more so when you called yours Winnie as that was my grans name. I’ve just been reading back on some of our Facebook messages and I’m actually laughing out loud, I can’t share them as probably not appropriate, but I’ll keep them to remember you and smile. You also randomly sent me the attached picture whilst we was in lockdown, that just came out of nowhere but again so funny and basically you taking the mick! On a serious note, since your passing you’ve been on my mind most days and I’m struggling to accept what’s happened, it’s not fair and the world has lost an absolute diamond.

I will never forget you Sarah

Lots of Love
