To Andrew’s family:  My deepest sympathies are with you all.  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Andrew over the years and will deeply miss his unique mix of intellecualism, wit, passion and level of commitment he brought to work and the level of caring he demonstrated to his colleagues and friends about their well being and spirit.  Andrew’s accident is a trajedy and I will continue to miss him and think about him often.  Sending this to you with a heavy heart, Dave
