My thoughts go to Steve’s family and friends. 

Back when Steve was Sgt in the High Peak and I was young in service Steve was always happy to help. He was a friendly face and always made time for a chat when we crossed paths since our careers went in different directions.

I still remember going to my first Ashbourne Shrovetide  event some 13 years ago with Steve, JT and others, having beers throughout the day then a curry in the evening. It was a brilliant day full of laughs.
