It was a great honour to have worked with Paul and get to know him and Susie on a personal level as well as Paul being my CEO! Paul was very much an inspirational leader with great authenticity, a great quality that many lack. As busy as he was, he always managed to have time for everyone and it felt as though our CEO was part of the team and not just leading from far afield. Paul enjoyed visiting Aberdeen with Susie and was always a pleasure to spend time with them at work and outwith. I always found the Friday emails that Paul sent the company intriguing and inspirational and warming that he took the time to religiously construct these and wishing everyone a good weekend. It is very sad that Paul has left this earth too soon but he certainly appeared to have packed so much in to his life and left a legacy to be admired! Sending my love to Susie and the Family and Paul will always be remembered!
