I only met Tracey a few years ago, but I class myself exceptionally lucky to have worked with someone so compassionate, knowledgeable and spirited in her work with our young people. Tracey was passionate about the students in her care and often thrived in an advocacy role of the many who needed a voice. Her experience was boundless; and as a new member of staff, I would often seek her out for some wise words and direction. She would always find the time.

I have no doubt that the school and our students will feel her absence for many years to come. Tracey was witty, kind and a relentless positive energy in the whirlwind of school life. I will miss our football chats, corridor jokes and words of affirmation.

Finally, and most importantly, my heartfelt condolences to Andrew and to Michael, whose loss is unimaginably greater than our own.
