Laura was a strong leader who empowered her teams to achieve their best whilst enabling them to achieve the dream of LEAP – to give children ‘A Better Start’. Laura was a great listener, thoughtful and considered in her actions and good fun. Laura has been an inspiraton to me and enabled me to achieve so much from when I joined the wonderful LEAP team she created and lead. She embodied the kind of leader I would like to become. Her wisdom and actions will always stay close to my heart. Thank you Laura.
