Sarah Lambert
Sarah you absolute legend! Friends for many years and the funniest person I’ve ever met. We had so many good times, with so much laughter! Ghost hunting and the paranormal was our thing. You loved Hallowscream events, psychic nights, ghost hunting and the lot. I can still remember when we all went on a night ghost hunt at Armley Mills. I was driving and blasted the Ghostbusters theme tune full pelt as we drove into the carpark…much to the disgust of our new fellow ghost hunting crew! 😂. We then decided to have a clairvoyant night at my house. I spent the evening (and weeks after) thinking my house had been possessed!
We worked together for years at Optima and Drydens. It was a laugh every day at work and some of the best years of my life. I remember one day at Drydens on our lunch hour. You had driven us somewhere nice for lunch, and when we came back to park at work, there was only the tightest of parking spaces left. I will never forget the total carnage that was your attempts to reverse park into the space. We must have tried about 20 times and when I shouted “alright Maureen” (from Driving School), we both burst into uncontrollably hysterics. We laughed like we’d never laughed before and it took us ages to recover from the belly laughs! That was you all over my friend…funny to the core, witty, sarcastic, loyal and sooooo caring.
I will love and miss you forever, Sarah xx
