Giles and I worked closely together during his “onboarding” when he first joined BBT. He was eager to learn the systems and processes to enable him to hit the ground running and advise clients in the best possible way from day one. He was a funny, kind and caring man who was liked and respected by all who met him. He will be sorely missed. My sincere condolences to Mel, his family and friends.
