With heartfelt condolensces. Graham had the patience of a saint when it came to dealing with non IT teams. He was unflappable – level headed and work through to a solution. I had only seen him 3 weeks ago on site for a meeting with us. He was his usual happy self as we work through a business requirement document. Focus on the good memories of which I’m sure there are many. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Brian
