I consider myself truly fortunate to have met and known Paul. Although our interactions were brief during his visit to India, they left a lasting impression. He led with grace, empathy, and a deep commitment to people, all while achieving remarkable success.

What I admired most was his ability to make you feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. His thoughtful Friday messages, filled with reflections, anecdotes, and lessons from everyday life, were always something I looked forward to. It was equally inspiring to learn about the books he read and how he stayed so grounded.

It still feels surreal to speak of him in the past tense, and my heart is heavy with sorrow. My sincere condolences to his family and to everyone who had the privilege of knowing Paul. His passing is a profound loss.
