I first met Ian when the company I was working for, Shire Pharmaceutucals, were looking for a new catering organisation. Bartlett Mitchell came out top and were duly appointed.  Ian was such a gentleman.  A smiling face, a kind word .. nothing too much for him.  He always made sure he attended one of the days for our Christmas lunches and dressed up and carved the turkey.  Ian always cared about the on site team and his clients.  I am so sorry to hear of his passing and wish to send my condolences to his family.  RIP Ian … you will be a smiling angel in heaven.
