I first got to know Siobhan when I joined Cifas in 2020 when we were still in and out of lockdowns.  This meant I only got to meet her in person a few times but our initial Teams meetings soon regularly overran and after her diagnosis I had the opportunity to get to know Siobhan better.  She was open, honest and funny. 

Even when she must have been going through the toughest of personal battles, she always cared for others. 

She was taken far too young but those who pass live on in the memories of those left behind. 

I will remember her bravery, whether it was fighting cancer or taking on new adventures like skydiving. 

I will smile when I think of her.  It was my privilege to know Siobhan.
