My condolences Helena and all the family. I have so much love and respect for Richard. Someone I truly call a friend. During COVID I was living in Singapore, Richard called me one evening to ask if I would like him to drive to Suffolk in the UK to pay a visit to my dad as he knew he was living alone and I couldn’t get back to visit. Now, who does these thoughtful and kind things. Richard does. He’s so special and helped me and 1000’s of associates around the world.

One of my first memories, 25yrs ago he came to visit the Wanganui site in New Zealand, this was a super VIP visit for us. In true Richard style he arrived at the factory wearing an All Blacks rugby shift. He was an instant legend in New Zealand! 🇳🇿
