I started work in West on the same day as John, 11 January 2016, and he was always so generous to me with his time and knowledge. Some of his words and advice will stick with me forever. I would think there are countless people who John had a positive influence on throughout his career, he leaves a real legacy behind him. He was such a composed and considered man and his loss has deeply affected so many of us who worked alongside him. My heart breaks for you, his family, and I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to you all.
