Dear Sakshi,

My sincere condolences to you and the rest of your family. I last worked with Shrikant 4 years ago. He was such a wonderful human being.  I will never forget his infectious laugh.  One other great memory that i have is on a team building day at Dinton Pastures.  It was a warm sunny day and there was a kayaking event.  Shrikant and I shared a 2 seater kayak. Mid-way through, we all had to line up our kayaks next to each other, and stand on them and try to walk around the boats.  We all fell in, I think that was the purpose of the exercise…!  Poor Shrikant was struggling in the water, but I helped him back onto the kayak.  It took a bit of time…! :o)  As we were paddling back, he did see the funny side though and we both burst out laughing…!

I will always have fond memories of him.
