Dear Ed,

please accept my deepest sympathy for the heartbreaking loss of your beloved wife Hayley. I remember joking with her when you brought the family to the office just last summer, and it was immediately clear to me how beautiful of a family you had built! You should be proud of that, and I am sure all that love will now only be strengthened, and Hayley will keep living through you, your children, and all those that have loved her in this life. I look forward to giving you a real hug soon, in the meantime, my thoughts and prayers are with you my friend.
