Steve was such a positive force within PayPoint.  Regardless of the challenges, he would face into them with a big smile and a determination to get the best outcome.  He was always professional, positive and friendly.  I was never anxious or reluctant to ask for his help.  I knew that whatever I needed, he would listen, think and point me in the right direction.  He was a joy to work with.

Occasionally, half hearing the odd chat with Poppy and Sharon on the phone, his love of life and family was clear – and infectious!  We were all lucky to have Steve in our lives.  He is missed.
