To Fleur’s family and friends,

I have always admired Fleur for her full, complete engagement on a topic or discussion, never being afraid to challenge or disagree whilst remaining fair, collaborative and insightful. Fleur brought others together and her serene, calm but impactful way with words will remain with me and I only hope I can learn to bring the same passion as she did.

When I returned from maternity leave she instilled renewed confidence in me and I’m incredibly grateful for that.
