Steve had a unique way of putting everyone at ease.  I disclosed within my first month at the company that I didn’t know how I’d ever get a handle on all the various parts of the business.  Steve’s kind words of reassurance are ones that I carry with me to this day.  He was an incredibly supportive and kind hearted colleague who handled everything he did with dignity, humour and great sensitivity.  I miss you dearly Steve.
