I am deeply shocked and saddened by the news. Jon was our valued colleague. He was professional in the business and always kind, helpful and humble. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to work with him. Now I remember meeting him first time in the UK directly, when he shared his hobby and his interest in Japan with a gentle smile.
