Warren Buffett talked about smart leaders surrounding themselves with the best people. Michael was the best person. Everyone wanted Michael in their team. He was truly the smartest person in the room but also incredibly humble and unassuming. Michael was unanimously respected and admired. He was equally fun to be around and witty. I thoroughly enjoyed his company and have fond memories of team nights out and volunteering days. I feel very fortunate to have known Michael for many years. 

The world has lost a special one and I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family. Wishing you peace and strength in the days ahead.
