Dave taught me at BCoT in 2012 and was good to me from day one. Dave gave me a job, lent me money, got me in to the gym with him – taught me lessons that I will never forget like how to use a saw properly, haha. I know I am not the only person who Dave went above and beyond for purely out of the kindness of his heart. He was truly a fantastic and genuine bloke. One of very few Basingstoke legends. He will be missed by all. Condolences to his family.
