Dear PAMCA Members,

The PAMCA Board Elect is very much saddened to announce that Dr Prosper Chaki, Former PAMCA Executive Director passed away on February 24, 2026. It is a heartbreaking news and difficult to accept his untimely death. It is a big and irreplaceable loss to the PAMCA community to miss a young vibrant African scientist who had a great legacy in establishing, leading and transforming PAMCA.

May God give strength to his family, friends and colleagues strength during this difficult time and rest his soul in eternal peace.
