Mama was a great friend who was more than a sister to me. I counted on her for her wise words, laughter  and encouragement in difficult moments. She was a beacon of love to her family unit and joy to all. I have never met Mama personally. But I felt I knew her through Caroline and the rest of the family. I heard them talk and speak about Mama when she was in the hospital. From then on I knew she meant a lot to them and I could sense that Mama was special and loved her family. Therefore, I want to offer my condolences and sympathy to the entire family. I know this is a difficult time for you all, but this was all part of God’s plan. God plans every detail of everyone’s life he leaves nothing to chance. God doesn’t put anyone through anything they cannot deal with or have the tools, support or ability to cope.
