I would like to offer my sincere condolences to you all at this very sad time.  I had the very great pleasure of being Kim’s manager for the last 4 years, she was a wonderfully kind, generous, thoughtful and compassionate person, who I miss dreadfully.  I hope that there is some comfort in knowing that she was universally well liked, respected, and will be hugely missed, not just by myself, but by all of her colleagues and clients alike.  …

I had the upmost greatest pleasure in working with Kim during my infancy in joining PAM,  who formed part of our EAP service at the time delivering therapy for our clients.   Kim always came across as warm, inviting individual, always had compassion and such a warm person to speak with,  always having the time and grace to support everybody across the wider team,  with clients at her forefront each day, delivered an outstanding service for us,  and building an outstanding reputation.   Pretty lost for words,  as the world has lost an amazing person,  rest in peace Kim.    Andy xx…

To Kim’s parents, family and friends, I am so sorry to hear about Kim. I have known Kim since I joined PAM, and she has always been a highly respected colleague. Over the last few weeks, I have spoken with many people who Kim worked with within PAM and with our client organisations. The responses from our cleint organisations were always the same, shock followed by thoughs for Kim and all of you, and then accolades for Kim about how amazing she had been in her support to them over many years. It has been incredibly heartwarming to hear how well thought of and respected Kim was not just within PAM but also within HMPPS and other client orgnaisations. We will continue to honour Kim through the work that she started and that others will continue. I hope that this knowledge gives you a little comfort at this time. Both Kim and you are in my heart and my thoughts.  Love Kate …

I first met Kim when I started at PAM in 2018. She was helpful, wise and supportive as a colleague, and I always found her to be warm and kind. Kim was passionate about her work and I know that her warmth will have shone through to her clients. Kim will be sadly missed….

Dear Kim’s Family, I’ve worked alongside Kim at the Cardiff clinic for over 2 years. She was like a ‘work mum’ who took me under her wing and I felt so reassured having her with me in the office. Kim was the most attentive person I’ve ever met. She noticed the smallest of details and pointed them out which always amazed me. Kim was not just a counsellor by profession, she was also a counsellor by personality. I miss seeing her car in the car park and knowing she is in the office. I miss walking into the office and hearing her murmur as I walk past her counselling room.  I miss our long chats at the end of each shift. She always asked me how my day has been, asked about my family and my weekend plans, and would remember what I say. We would chat away in the office room then would stand by our cars and chat some more! We were often the last to leave the building and would make fun of ourselves for staying in work that late. We had something to laugh about each time 🙂 Kim took care of the office like…

It was a pleasure to work with Kim for the last 6 years since she started, she was a lovely colleague and friend. I will miss our chats in clinic about what we was both up to on the weekends and she always spoke so fondly of her family. Since starting with PAM we would usually go out at christmas time together for food and drinks, along with the rest of the team at Cardiff clinic. It’s very sad we won’t be able to do that this year. Kim will be greatly missed, the clinic will never be the same without her. Sending my condolences to Kim’s family and friends. With love,  Lacey x x  …

I will miss Kim so very much and I am so very sorry to all her family and friends. As soon as I met Kim I felt such a warmth and kindness and I loved how she would always speak up for what she felt passionately about and I would think, ‘yes go on Kim!’  She was always so kind to me and really helpful and she had recently been helping me a lot with how to do mediations, sending me a page and a half of answers to questions I had had about it all just the week before we lost her.  When I asked a question on our Teams chat it was often Kim that would email me any information that I didn’t have or didn’t know and it meant so much to me that she would do this. I still can’t believe I won’t see her again smiling away in our teams monthly meetings, it all feels so different without her and I will never forget her. I would like to send all her family and friends so much love and blessings to you all, Kim was so incredbily special xx …

I am new to PAM and Kim and I didn’t meet. However, it has been heart-warming to hear all the stories that have emerged. She was clearly a well liked and respected colleague and friend who will be sorely missed. On behalf of PAM Wellness our condolences to Kim’s family and friends….
