It took me a long while to figure out what I wanted to say, but I finally have it. You were there on my first day of work, after I was fresh out of university and in my first “big girl job” and you were there. You made sure that I wasn’t spending too much time at my desk completing the training and that I felt at home while at college. I don’t remember much from that day but I do remember you carrying around a can of Pepsi Max, something that grew to be a you thing in the best way. I didn’t know you long at all but I will treasure and pass on every bit of knowledge, advice and guidance you offered me and our students. Thank you for being a part of my life’s journey, even if it wasn’t for long. Sleep well Jazmin Much love,Olivia…

Even though you were new to teaching you were growing into such a great lecturer. Always asking for guidance and help eventhough you didn’t really need it. We were both new to the department but you made me feel really welcome. We were always one of the first ones in the office in the morning. Will be truely missed. Sleep well Jaz xx…

I remember with great warmth our chat at the end of your first day.  “I’m exhausted, but loved every minute.”  Now that’s a teacher!  Wishing you peace, Jazmin X…

I will always remember Jazmin for how softly spoken she was and the gentle calm she brought with her. She had such a lovely sense of style — always looking beautiful without ever trying too hard. Such a kind and gentle soul. She will be so deeply missed and remembered with so much love.    …

Reading through our old messages today and this time last year we were looking forward to one of our interim catch ups at the Toby Carvery this evening. The memory made me giggle as we always used to tell the waitress that one of us was hard of hearing so we could get a table in a booth or away from other people! I miss the hours we would spend just talking, planning and cheering each other on. Miss you mate x  …

Dearest Jazzie, my older and very patient sister! I have always been in awe of you from such a young age, with your natural elegance and beauty (inside and out).  When you were sitting on the beach, immaculate and with dry hair, I would be running around in a wet suit and you would lucky if I had brushed my hair. With your long brown beautifully permed hair, getting ready for nights out with the girls I would love to sit and listen to your stories and even drop you off in town whilst I was in my dressing gown.  You patientce was tested regularly when I ‘borrowed’ your clothes and often returned them not quite as how they should be! Despite you and Ross putting me in the bottom of the sleeping bag as you two sat in the top and glided down the stairs, I always felt your unconditional love. The photo I have included is one of my favourites, when I got a camera with a timer on for my birthday we were keen to test it and put it at the top of the stairs on a chair and try to beat to the timer,…

I’m glad our pathways crossed though for a short period; you’ll be forever remembered …

Words cannnot express how much your passing has left such a huge hole in my life. Thank you for being my closest friend, confidant and partner in crime since we met a lifetime ago. I wished I told you more about the impact you had on my life. The big things, the little things, good and bad, you were just always there and I will be forever grateful for the time we had and the memories we made. As a family, we miss your fun, kindness and laughter whenever we were all together, and I will ensure that James remembers “Aunty Jaz” and the difference you made to all our lives. What a truly amazing lady, shine bright wherever you are, and I will carry you in my heart forever. Love you Jazmin xxx…

We spent time together when we were young at family gatherings and celebrations and even then your elegance shone through. Those memories will stay with me Although I cannot be there to celebrate your life with family and friends, I am thinking of you with warmth and wishing you peace as you are remembered with love. …

You were my older sister and your sudden passing has left a space that cannot be filled. As time goes on, I hold onto the moments we shared and the connection that remained, even when life took us in different directions. Gone far too young, but you will always be remembered. Love Ross xx…

In loving memory of you Jaz. Taken way too soon. I will always think of your elegance and glamorous spirit which always shone through. Now may you fly free with wings, surrounded by peace and light. You will be remembered with love, grace, and warmth, and always held in our hearts. Lots of love Lisa xx…
