In Loving Memory of

Bimpe Bucknor

We’re creating a printed memorial book from within Reckitt to share our collective memories of Bimpe.  These tributes will serve as a lasting reminder of the impact Bimpe had on so many of us, in so many ways — as a colleague, mentor, and friend.

Please use this book to share your reflections which we will pass on to her family.

I have no words to truly express how dear Bimpe was to me. I remember when we were first introduced in 2022 during a video call to welcome me to the CGO Legal Team. I thought how pretty and articulate she was. She also looked so poised. Soon I got to know a different side to Bimpe and how much she loved to laugh. I keep remembering our last conversation in the office, full of her usual optimism and resilience.    Bimpe always gave wise counsel, both personal and professional, with grace and humour. During our time at Coca-Cola, she was a true role model in the way she navigated the challenges of a demanding career with being an amazing mother, supporting her family and being there for them through their sporting pursuits and teenage challenges.   When I needed an extra pair of hands for the Legal team at Reckitt, Bimpe was my first port of call. I knew I could depend on her and I am thankful she accepted the challenge. No task was ever too big. She approached every new opportunity with infectious enthusiasm and pragmatism, which made her such a valued member of our team.   Bimpe introduced me to Soca music, and ever since we first spoke about it many years ago, I have always listened to it whilst running. It gives me the energy to carry on in the same way that Bimpe…
