I am saddened and so sorry to learn of Alison’s passing. Until her ill health she was always a smiling, willingly helpful colleague within the bank’s Facilities & Office Management team. I also recall Alison was a much valued member of the bank’s Values Forum team for 2-3 years from 2015. She was instrumental in writing our ‘Way We Do Things’ guide for employees, introducing recycling into our offices and prioritising the purchase of ‘fairtrade’ products, among other positive changes she helped to bring about.
