Steve, with the boundless energy and enthusiasm he brought to any role, was a constant steady presence in my working life for nearly 20 years. I am going to miss his laugh, his advice, and the long rambling chats. I am going to miss the digressions into nostalgia, and the spirited debates. OCB really will not be the same without him and I know he will remain in our thoughts and our conversations. All my sympathies to his family, whose loss is so much greater than ours.
