Steve we met through a mutual friend back in 2000 when I’d just left DEC and believed I was unemployable. You spent an hour and a half on the phone telling me otherwise and boosting my dented confidence. Then you followed up a couple of months later by finding me my dream job. Through the years you’ve always been there, as a friend and mentor. Your generosity and kindness always at the fore. Sleep peacefully my friend, we will all miss you. x
