The news of Sean’s tragic death came as a total shock to me and I cannot imagine how the family must feel
Over the decades I have been treated by various members of the medical profession and can say almost without exemption I have been treated with skill and courtesy.
Sean possessed all these qualities plus something indefinably extra. His attitude to work, life and sense of humour put him on a different plane to the profession in general and made being treated by him a something special.
