Richard Miles

Tommy became a good friend of mine through meeting at Sandys Piano bar.
with a mutual love of food, wine and golf we always had lots to talk about.
My partner Bekka and I would go for Sunday Roast at the fox most weekends. We could not stay away from Tommys amazing Roast beef.
Our cocker spaniel Peggy was also great fan of the pork bites!
Try as we might to replicate whats now afrectinaonly known as ‘Tommys roast beef’ we come close but it’s never quite the same. Tommy was a great chef.
if only we knew how he made that gravy too.
the picture I attach was taken late last year after a long crazy night out in town, and Tommy invited us back to the fox for after drinks. Once the whiskey came out I knew that was my cue to leave.
he was on great form and looked so happy in his chair that night. A proud man exited for the future.
we will miss him so much and will think about him everytime we smell ‘Tommys roast beef’ cooking in the oven.
he was a credit to you all.
Richard Miles.
