I loved working with Balchy on Red Watch at The Ridge. Paul was always smiling and was an absolute pleasure to be around. More recently, we would often chat in the drill yard and talk about work and family. Paul is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and I’m proud to have known him. Rest easy my friend.
