Firstly, I would like you say how extremely saddened and sorry I am about the loss of a dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this devastating time.
When I think of Sandy it brings a smile to my face. Having known him for close to 20 years I consider him a friend rather than a colleague. He was such a genuinely nice and caring guy which I’ve read mentioned numerous times on here says it all. We had many things in common from keeping fit to our children who are of similar ages.
I have so many fond memories of Sandy from hanging out in his office during the Sakhalin project days, to going to see a Chelsea game with our sons. The constant banter between us about how many push ups we could do and our ‘dad jokes’.
Worley will never feel the same for me now that he’s not here. Rest in peace my friend.
