Dear Carol,
I am deeply saddened to learn of your passing. You have undoubtedly left a significant void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing you.
I fondly remember my early days as a new trainer with SJA, and how you taught me the art of teaching Choking in your own unique way. Even after nearly 12 years, I continue to use your method, a testament to your lasting impact.
You were always there to offer support, and your willingness to help was a constant source of comfort. Your kindness and guidance have touched so many of us, showing us the best way to do things.
Thank you for being such a supportive and inspiring presence in our lives.
