Andy will be sorely missed of that I am sure. Andy was a fantastic manager to me whilst he was at AF – gave me the chance to move into his team with no previous experience and then fully supported my progression and learning. He always pushed me to be the best I could in everything and always gave me time, encouragement and great laughs!
I shall remember Andy with great fondness. He was such a caring and friendly man with such compassion for those around him. I pass on my very deepest of sympathies to Charlotte & Lucy and all the rest of Andy’s family & friends who I know will all miss him so very much.
